High bridge is not alone it makes a global urban network wich needs to be considerer in its globality.
Intersections of Washington bridge, major deegan expy and the high bridge are strong outlines of a rich complex microlandscape made of waste lands (river, bridges, slope, roads, industrial, forest, banks...) in wich could emerge an userfriendly artistic land using the whole existing infrastructures as global art production facility on territory scale and create a new kind of urban piece where the Bronx meets Manhattan.
